Return & Refund Policy for Shubha Tant Ghar
At Shubha Tant Ghar, we take pride in offering authentic handloom sarees and premium ethnic wear sourced directly from skilled artisans and trusted weaving communities across India. Every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
As many of our products are handcrafted, woven, or made to order, we kindly request customers to read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received a defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
- Products without original tags, labels, packaging, or invoice.
- Minor color variations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.
- Handmade or handwoven irregularities, which are a natural characteristic of authentic handcrafted textiles.
- Customized, altered, or blouse-stitched sarees.
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us with the following details:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Contact Number
- Reason for Return
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Return Approval
Once your return request is approved:
- We will arrange a reverse pickup where available.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to ship the product to our address.
- The product must be securely packed in its original packaging.
5. Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your account details.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Do not use or wash the product.
- Keep the original packaging intact.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be processed.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

- Product dimensions may vary slightly due to manual weaving and finishing processes.
- We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not comply with this policy.
